Pricing questions

Is registration required by Canadian law?: No. Canadian federal and provincial law does not require a national registry for service, emotional support, or therapy dogs. Registration with us is optional documentation that many handlers find useful for housing, travel, and public-access conversations.
Do you charge a recurring subscription?: No. Every package is a one-time payment covering the full term shown. When your registration approaches expiry we'll email a renewal reminder — renewals are always optional.
What's your refund policy?: Digital assets are non-refundable once your Registration ID has been issued. Printed kits may be refunded (less shipping) if requested before we hand the parcel to Canada Post.
Can I upgrade later?: Yes. You can upgrade from Digital to Standard or Premium at any time by paying the difference — your Registration ID stays the same.
